| With the speeding development of information technology, the application of computers in business management is made universal, the application of computers in personnel management is then imperative under such a circumstance. In order to fit in with the needs of modern business systems, and scientifically standardize personnel system, computer is an indispensable factor for any large or medium-sized enterprise to take up its normal personnel management routines with high efficiency. The incomparable advantages of computer management lies in such aspects as prompt retrieval, convenient seeking, high reliability, huge memory, effective security, long life and low cost,which can greatly improve the efficiency of personnel management, thus guarantee the scientific regularization of management which is being integrated with the world. Enterprises vary from each other in personnel management systems, it has determined that different enterprises need different administrative personnel systems. There are many popularized personnel systems on the market at present. But, instead of a large-scale database system in an enterprise or a public institution, needed is only one simple system which is easy to operate, possesses practical function, meets the demand of the processing center to receive and process data. Our goal is to develop a simple but practical and convenient administrative personnel system which can input the essential personnel information, undertake such tasks as adding, revising, deletion, inquiry according to various conditions in operation, establishment of new user and modifying the password, which, on the whole, will meet demand of daily personnel routines in a business.Shandong Vocational College of Industry and Zhangdian Iron & Steel General Factory, both of which are attached to Shandong Iron & Steel Group Corporation, have been good cooperative partners since 1997, which are ready to assist each other in school-running and factory-operation. The college makes full use of the experimental and training facilities and equipments of the General Factory while the latter takes advantage of the talent resources of the college to do scientific research. Basing on such friendly cooperative partnership, a research group is set up in order that we design a useful information system administrating the factory's personnel resources hoping to share any reseach findings and achieve a goal of mutual-complementarity.The author of the thesis as the head of the research project finally developed the management system through his frequently getting into the corporation to know the need of human resources and making full use of the advantage of the human resources of the college.This system which is convenient and practical is meaningful to the management of human resources of corporation,though it still should be developed at the process of using. |
