Primary Study On The New Countryside Construction In Huzhou Region

According to China’s new features of economic and social development, the party central committee have made an important strategic decision to solve the problems of Sannong, which is the construction of socialist new countryside. The construction of a new socialist countryside include economic construction, construction of political, cultural construction and social construction.which gives expression to the four one of the policy. It is an aggregate concept which continues with the past and opens up the future it includes the content of past policies that dealing with relationship between urban and rural areas, and solving the problems of Sannong. It is an important strategic decision which improves the production condition, living conditions, living standards of farmer,and the development ability of rural. The decision is a major step promoting the harmony development between urban and rural areas, and also has a profound significance for building a well-off society and promoting the modernization process.Based on the foundation condition of the new countryside construction of Huzhou region, this paper systematically generalizes the thoughts, guideline, strategies, and pattern of the new countryside construction. This paper also interprets the characteristics and significance of the "Huzhou model". The paper summarizes the achievements and existing problems of the new countryside construction in Huzhou. Combined with the developed country’s experience of the new rural construction and the policies of our countries and Zhejiang province, this paper would put forward some feasible suggestions for our region’s new rural construction. In order to add vitality and power to construct our new countryside, this paper proposed the necessity to build a comprehensive organization, talent, style of work, and public opinion on security forces in the process of modernization, on that basis, strengthen the institutional innovation, deepen cooperation,building rural prosper economic, developing social undertakings, and creating a beautiful environment.
