Some hidden problems in the construction process of construction projects have often been exposed,through the secondary design or secondary investment is needed to make the project to proceed smoothly,this will lead to different degree of resources waste and economic losses.Therefore,how to make decisions at the early stage of the construction to reduce the occurrence of this phenomenon,it has become an important problem to be solved in the process of construction.The construction project preliminary design scheme selection is the core part of the decision-making stage,the data show that,while the design phase of the cost only accounts for about 1% of the whole life cycle of construction project cost,but the impact on construction projects accounted for 75%.It relates to the success or failure of preliminary feasibility study,and then affect the development and progress of the whole construction project.At present our country for the optimization of the design scheme of the construction project is mainly using the expert's subjective judgment to evaluate,objectivity is not enough,in the process of evaluation focuses on economic indicators,insufficient attention to other factors,which affect the plan optimization.In this paper,starting from the perspective of whole life cycle of construction projects,combining the related specification and future development trend of construction industry and construction industry planning,established from the applicability,economy,technology feasibility,beautiful function,environmental indicators,the five aspects of a systematic comprehensive evaluation index system.This paper studies and analyzes the theories of multiple attribute decision making method and its characteristic,especially on the DEA efficiency evaluation method and TOPSIS ranking method has carried on the detailed analysis,and the application in the field of plan optimization.This paper finally establishes DEA-TOPSIS combined objective multiple attribute decision making model used to solve the problem of construction project preliminary design scheme optimization.Most of the mathematical model to cut out the subjective factors,can further ensure the objectivity of the evaluation process,make the decision result more scientific and reasonable.Finally,the article in Chengdu real estate project J,for example,using DEATOPSIS combined objective multiple attribute decision making model to optimizing alternatives,and then choose the model solution and selected in the actual work results,this paper compares and analyzes the results obtained with using DEA-TOPSIS model can more fully reflect the index system for scheme of comprehensive,easily digestible,and the mathematic model calculation process is simple,without considering the raw data is inconsistent with the dimensional problems,also need not to determine the index weight information beforehand,the optimization of the design scheme of the construction project work has a strong feasibility,but also can promote policymakers grasp of the design scheme of the construction project evaluation results.DEA-TOPSIS combination of multiple attribute decision making model is proposed for the design scheme of the construction project optimization of the objective,scientific evaluation method provides a new train of thought.The purpose of this study is to hope to be able to in the concept of sustainable development theory and modern architectural design,under the guidance of exploring the reasonable,scientific and objective evaluation method of construction project in the preliminary design scheme selection,provide theory support for developers in scheme optimization,in order to make more scientific,more economic,better and more satisfactory project decisions,at the same time,the model can contribute for them,which are scientific problems of the design scheme of the construction project evaluation...
