Firstly analyze the change process of the property rights systems and the pasture utilization ways of the pastures, elaborate the former and current implementation of the property rights system and utilization ways of the pastures. Secondly, rearch on the relationship between the property rights system and utilization ways of the pastures, and explore the institutional reasons in the change process of the pastures in Daotenur town. And analyze the economic benefits, ecological benefits and cultural benefits in different pastures utilization ways.The fourth part is the third charpter, based on the rearch finding of the previous chapters, propose the existing problems caused by the integration and utilization ways of the pastures in Daotenur town and make recommendations.The results show that: because of the diffrences of the property rights among the pastures in different periods, the change of the pasture utilization ways has a correspondence with the change of pasture property rights system, but relatively speaking, it has a lag at the same time.Because there is no exact time point to be standards on division to the gradient of the pasture utilization ways, so the institutional changes of the pastures are to be used as the standard in the stage classification of pasture utilization ways.From the point of view of the utilization ways of the pastures in the Daotenur town, from the original migration of the nomadic state to the settlers herding.
