Research Of Herdsman’s Willingness Of Grassland Pasture Circulation

Pastoral development cannot do without the animal husbandry, and the development of animal husbandry but cannot do without pasture. Grassland is the herdsman’s survival and development of security, but also a material foundation of the new pastoral development. As a Inner Mongolia based animal husbandry industry and advantage industry, the relationship between economic prosperity, social progress and political stability of the autonomous region. The rapid development of grassland circulation, greatly improve the efficiency in the use of grasslands, but also an important measure to improve the ecological environment of grassland, but also coordinates the unbalanced development between city and pastoral. In2012, Inner Mongolia has been implemented for ownership of the grasslands area of1100000000acres,1042000000acres of grassland management, than the same period last year increased by nearly100000000acres.1042000000acres of grassland contract area, the total area of grassland89.5%, which contracted to households of879000000acres,163000000acres of contracted to households, land area of58417000mu,issuance of grassland management of1480000, involving1926000households of farmers and herdsmen (source:Autonomous Region farming and animal husbandry hall). However, some local blind pursuit of grassland circulation,deprived carries many pastoral social security function of pasture use functions,from the basic interests hurt real interest’, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of pastoral area. Grassland should be the same with the other factors of production, make the reasonable flow, so as to improve the application efficiency of grassland.From the empirical analysis of household level micro pasture land transfer is almost in a blank state. In this paper, taking Inner Mongolia pastoral area of Hulun Buir Grassland as an example, through field investigation revealed the following problems:first, reveals the transfer market trend of household pasture.Second, reveals the pasture circulation production of animal husbandry, improve the utilization rate of grassland animal husbandry, production efficiency, improve the ecological environment effect. Third, based on the actual investigation data of175households, the herdsmen pasture transfer willingness and the degree,pasture area, operating income, transfer income and fixed assets is positive correlation, negative correlation with wage income. Through the above research,the mechanism and the process of making people form of household pasture transfer behavior has a clear understanding, thus a deeper level, essentially understanding current pasture circulation market, in order to further standardize the transfer market to ensure the grassland, grassland circulation work steadily,the pasture circulation, expand the scale of operation, stable pastoral labor cultivating new type herdsmen,, improve the national ecological compensation award mechanism, improve the social security system of the new pastoral areas,construction of the beautiful and harmonious development.
