Research On The Schedule Management Of The Spam Message Project In China Mobile Company Of Province A

Nowadays, the telecommunication in China is rapidly developing, as a result, cell phones are widely used. A a traditional method of communication, SMS is more and more popular due to its low price and its function of keeping message. Meanwhile, SMS becomes a tool used by some interest groups who push messages with SMS, and lots of cell phone users have to receive spam messages which mean nothing to themselves. This has in certain extent disturbed the social order. Therefore, the governing of spam message is very important.In the executive process of spam messages project, progress control management is the key. From the point of view of progress management, this article analyses the application of communication engineering project by using the related project management theory. With the case of spam messages project, this article introduces the application of progress management theory in communication engineering project in to solve the problems in progress management, optimization and control. This article also discusses the focus in above process. Through the application of progress management theory and method in communication engineering project, the probability of completion of communication engineering project will greatly improve within the time stipulated in the contract.
