Research On Project Schedule Management In Xianghe Electric Power Substation

This paper systematically expounded the modem project management theory based on the combination of220kV project, Xianghe, on the power transmission project management research. Based on the practical engineering project as the foundation, from the project scope, WBS decomposition, activity duration estimation, a level and two level scheduling, schedule plan, examination, influencing factors, such as the progress of the project management plan to control the whole process of project management, especially the schedule management theory and reality, made a number of management, as the power transmission project site management to establish a practical management model, has a strong guiding significance and practical significance.
