With a large number of foreign construction enterprises in the domestic market, socialresources (including human resource, raw materials, etc.) will redistribute, the costadvantage of domestic construction enterprises will decrease gradually, and even disappear.This makes the project cost control particularly important. Domestic constructionenterprises must improve the cost control level and the competitiveness of enterprises.The first is about the project cost control system and the theoretical research. First ofall, this paper elaborates the research background, purpose and significance, researchmethods, research contents and innovations. In the project cost control and systemconstruction it has a general understanding. Then, it details the project cost control concept,influence factors and cost control methods and other related theory, in order to betterunderstand and grasp the project cost control. Finally, on the basis of the above research, itconstructs the project cost control system. This is the main content of the paper. Theresearch object of this thesis is the construction of the project cost control system, it mainlyanalyses the influence factors of the project cost and the comparative advantage of FuzzyAnalytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), uses FAHP method to find out the main influencefactors, controls targeted the project cost, analyses and corrects the cost variance. FuzzyAnalytic Hierarchy Process, Project Cost Analysis and Earned Value Method combining,applied to the project cost control system, improve the project cost control effectivenessand comprehensive.The next is case analysis. It analyzes the specific case by the application of FAHP toget the main influence factors of the total goal of the project cost control, according tothese main factors, it analyzes the cost deviation and forecasts the trend of the latter part ofthe cost by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Project Cost Analysis, uses methods tocontrol the project cost by linking theory with practice, and puts forward the correctionmeasures and the control measures of the latter part of the project cost. And though the simple comprehensive evaluations of the cost control performance, it verifies theeffectiveness of the project cost control system.Finally, it summarizes the conclusion of the research, results of the research anddisadvantages, and puts forward several prospects to improve the future related research.The paper research aims to improve the project cost control effectiveness andcomprehensive though the construction of the project cost control system.
