Jinchang Modern Agriculture Development Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures

Agriculture of current our country is in the transition from traditional agriculture to moder n agriculture period, so the development of modern agriculture is not only the adjustment of agricultural structure and improve the comprehensive agricultural productivity needs, but also is to increase the income of peasants and the need of building new socialist countryside. The Hexi Corridor is China’s leading to Xinjiang and Central Asia channel,Gansu is also the impor tant granary and seed breeding base, the modern agricultural development should follow the lo cal natural conditions and social status. Although the rapid development of modern agriculture i n Hexi Corridor.but faces many problems. Jinchang is the industrial city in Hexi area, the devel opment of modern agriculture should not only compatible with industry based background, but also compatible with the essence of traditional agriculture.In this study, taking Jinchang as a n example, analyzes the present situation of the development of modern agriculturein the He xi Corridor region, the existing problems, put forward to perfect the Countermeasures for dev eloping modern agriculture, the main results are as follows:The1analyses current situation of the development of modern agriculture in Jinchang City:t he basic guarantee for the supply of major farm products; characteristic industry developmen t has already started; agricultural science and technology degree gradually increased; the initial formation of management of agricultureindustrialization; agricultural standardization productio n has begun; land intensive management furthered; acceleratingthe development of agricultural mechanization.2pointed out that the Jinchang modern agricultural sustainable development problems, mainly i nclude:the shortage of water resource; agricultural equipment;agricultural science and technol ogy and the development of modern agriculture requirements do not match;agricultural service system is not perfect; modern agriculture practitioners of cognitive level still needs to be im proved.3countermeasures were put forward, the development of Jinchang modern agriculture include s:first, improve the utilization of water resources, establish and improve thewater-saving socie ty.
