Over the past decade, the development of domestic economy is sustained, rapid and healthy and the opening policy of the economy increased. Security has become an integral part of the capital markets with the banking industry and the insurance industry. Its influence on the industry also increased year by year, but the competition also gradually intensified at the same time. Therefore, the majority of domestic securities companies regarded customer service as the key to maintain the existing customer relationships and to develop new customers. The ability to effectively implement customer relationship management (CRM) system is a key point for the success or failure of competition in the industry.This thesis regards the currently running customer relationship management system in Jianghai Securities Co., Ltd. as the research object. Above all, it introduced the background, the purpose, the significance and the framework of the thesis. Based on references and discussions of advanced concepts and management methods in customer relationship management system of the well-known companies and multinational corporations, it explains the key role played by the enhance competition in the securities companies. It explains from the general to the particular inductive, based on the actual situation of the Jianghai Securities Co., Ltd., then introduced the basic information of Jianghai Securities Co., Ltd. and analysis the existing customer relationship management system, find the problems in the existing systems in practical applications, then proposed measures and solutions to improve existing customer relationship management systems. Then it analyses and discourse problems that may arise in the operation of the improved customer relationship management system and find the way to solve the problems that may appear in the future market competition.
