Because the producer services can put the knowledge capital and human capital is introduced into the manufacturing department, improve the manufacturing sector of specialization, so as to improve core competitiveness of manufacturing industry, to speed up the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry development.firstly, based on domestic and foreign literatures on producer services, this paper introduces the concept and classification of producer services; And generation mechanism of producer services is introduced, including the social division of labor, economic growth and service outsourcing from three angles; Further discusses the relatives of producer services and manufacturing, including value chain theory, the social division of labor theory from three perspectives and the theory of ecological communities, laid a theoretical foundation for later research content.Secondly, Gui Zhou put forward the strategy of "industrial province", as the key link of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is increasingly urgent. In the full knowledge of Gui Zhou in nearly a decade of producer services development characteristics, on the basis of analysis of producer services to promote transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry’s important role.Thirdly, using the input-output method and grey correlation analysis method in Gui Zhou to study the correlation between producer services and manufacturing industry. the input-output method by intermediate demand rate, middle and sense degree coefficient and influence coefficient to measure, using grey correlation analysis between the producer services industry and manufacturing industry correlation coefficient measurement, and finally concluded that the correlation between productive service industry and manufacturing industry in Gui Zhou, producer services promote transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, and constantly improve the knowledge intensive service industry, promote the development of productive service industry vigorously.Finally, from the reality of Gui Zhou in producer services and manufacturing development, put forward to guide to establish orderly level, dislocation development, complementary advantages of producer services development pattern; Establish and improve the institutionalization of the supporting policies, to form a long-term mechanism to promote the development of producer services; Perfect regulation and promote the organic combination of marketization, industrialization and socialization of producer services, and supporting the focus on development of producer services, to promote transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry; Innovative talent training mechanism, strengthen the human capital of producer services support.
