Research On The Impact Of The Development Of Producer Services In China On The Upgrading Of Manufacturing Industry

In recent years,total economic output of China has leapt to second in the world,and its economic strength has reached a new level.However,its industrial structure is irrational,its industrial level is low,it in a downstream position,and it in the division of global value chains.Other real problems have become increasingly prominent.Promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading,especially the upgrading of the manufacturing sector,is a key measure to deal with the global economic difficulties,transform the mode of economic development and adapt to the new normal of the economy.Judging from international experience,many countries or regions that have entered the stage of accelerated development in the middle and late stages of industrialization have placed particular emphasis on the special role of producer services in upgrading manufacturing.The strong correlation between producer services and manufacturing has been agreed,producer services are supported and supported by the upgrading of manufacturing industry,provides strong intellectual support for manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is the most urgent and practical choice for China to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry with producer services.We should deepen the division of labor and cooperation between the two industries,develop the production service outsourcing industry with the demand of manufacturing industry,realize the "dual-wheel drive",and build the domestic value chain of Chinese manufacturing industry.We should strengthen the deep integration of producer services and manufacturing industry,expand the scope of knowledge penetration of producer services and realize the coordinated development between the two industries.Promote the producer services in certain geographical spatial agglomeration,adjust measures to local conditions to build productive service industry cluster areas,guide the optimal allocation of production elements and reasonable,form a strong,sustainable competitive advantage,through the upgrade of producer services agglomeration responsible manufacturing.In view of this,in the definition of producer services and manufacturing upgrading connotation,on the basis of summarizing the evolution track of producer services,to meet the needs of development and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,analyses the basis of the relationship of Chinese producer services and manufacturing industries,grasp the evolution track of producer services and its relationship with the manufacturing industry upgrade,as the main line,from the theoretical and empirical analysis on productive service outsourcing,and fusion and its own manufacturing industry agglomeration effect on the manufacturing industry to upgrade,and through the case analysis to compare the three effects on the manufacturing industry upgrade differences,to put forward policy Suggestions to develop producer services to promote industry upgrade.In this paper,the author tries to focus on four sets of problems:The first part:What is the level of production service outsourcing in China?Are there industry differences?What are the effects of productive service outsourcing on manufacturing upgrading?The impact of service outsourcing of producer services and subdivision industry on the upgrading of manufacturing industry.Is there any difference in the effect of offshore producer service outsourcing and onshore production service outsourcing on the upgrading of manufacturing industry?The second part:What is the degree of integration between producer services and manufacturing in China?Does the integration of the two industries play a role in the manufacturing upgrade?What is the direction and size of the action?Is there a difference between the different producer services and the manufacturing industry?The third part:Is there any spatial agglomeration of producer services in China?How well does it cluster?Are there industry and regional differences?What is the role of producer services agglomeration in the upgrading of manufacturing industry?Is the relationship with manufacturing upgrading linear?The forth part:Is there any difference in the impact of outsourcing,integration and agglomeration development on the upgrading of manufacturing industry?In view of the above problems,the paper is divided into seven chapters,which is based on the evolution and development of producer services,namely,the development process of "outsourcing--integration and aggregation".The specific contents are as follows:Chapter one,the evolution and development of producer services:Firstly,the connotation and extension of producer services are defined,and the characteristics of producer services are analyzed.The second is to summarize the evolution process of producer services in combination with the life cycle theory,and to analyze the endogenous and exogenous dynamics of the evolution of producer services.Chapter two,the current situation of China's manufacturing industry and its relevance to producer services:From two aspects of total level and the international division of labor status is described about the present situation of the development of the manufacturing industry in China,clarify the direction of China's manufacturing industry to upgrade,the content and the path,and USES the method of input-output analysis of producer services and the degree of correlation between manufacturing in China,combined with the process of evolution and development of producer services,puts forward the impact of producer services on manufacturing upgrade analysis framework.Chapter three,the impact of China's productive service outsourcing on the upgrading of manufacturing industry:First of all,based on the definition of producer service outsourcing,with China as a service point of view of the party awarding the contract,could be divided into onshore productive service outsourcing service outsourcing and offshore producer service outsourcing in two ways,using WIOD database provided by the 2000-2014 China input-output table of China's current situation of the development of producer service outsourcing has carried on the quantitative measure.Second,the analysis of the productive service outsourcing of manufacturing production efficiency and mechanism of the influence of the international division of labor status,and progressive type of producer service outsourcing of manufacturing upgrade mechanism and the influence of which may bring negative effect.Finally,USES the productive service outsourcing manufacturing industry indicators,through empirical analysis on the influence of producer service outsourcing in China manufacturing industry to upgrade,and further distinguish between onshore productive service outsourcing and offshore outsourcing services,production test of two different contract mode for manufacturing upgrade the influence of the difference.Chapter four,the impact of the integration of China's producer services and manufacturing industry on the upgrading of the manufacturing industry:On the basis of the definition of the fusion of producer services and manufacturing industry,the fusion power and fusion process of the two are explored,and the fusion degree of the two is calculated by using the input-output table data.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of producer service industry and its subdivision industry and manufacturing industry on the upgrading of manufacturing industry,and conducts an empirical test on its effect through the simultaneous equation model.Chapter five,the impact of China's producer services cluster on the upgrading of manufacturing industry:First of all,on the basis of the difference between industrial clusters and industrial concentration,defining the connotation of the industrial concentration,by using the data producer services practitioners in 31 provinces,mapping the spatial distribution of producer services employment,proof does exist of producer services agglomeration phenomenon in our country,further select location entropy,space Geordie Coefficient,Hector fender-Hector seaman and spatial agglomeration index,from the national,provincial,and prefecture level three levels such as the comprehensive analysis of China's producer services conclusions and policy recommendations:Summing up the viewpoint of the research,according to the evolution of China's producer services development process for manufacturing upgrade affect the results of theoretical and empirical study,combined with the current situation of the development of China's producer services,manufacturing upgrade oriented,put forward the policy Suggestions to promote the development of producer services,and follow-up for the future research direction and research content was discussed.The main conclusions of this paper are:First:Productive service outsourcing through cost savings,the transformation of the mode of production,deepen the technology innovation ability,obtain the overall value chain of the rent and other mechanisms to promote manufacturing industry to upgrade,but the different ways of outsourcing of manufacturing upgrade impacts.Look from the productivity,productive service offshore outsourcing level promoting effect on the productivity of manufacturing industries,and onshore productive service outsourcing and manufacturing labor productivity negative correlation,the reasons of the difference lies in the labor market rigidity,producer services from manufacturing internal separation not completely.Look from the international division of labor status,productive service offshore outsourcing is conducive to the promotion of the international division of labor of the manufacturing industry in China,but on the contrary,onshore productive service outsourcing hindered the promotion of manufacturing international division of labor,investigate its reason,may be in the present stage domestic producer services development lags behind,and the development of manufacturing level does not match,lead to its cannot give full play to the role,provide strong support to upgrade the manufacturing industry.Second:The fusion level of producer services and manufacturing in China is much lower than that of developed countries such as the United States,Japan and Germany,and there are industrial and regional differences.Producer services in manufacturing industry value chain,value chain of manufacturing division status of influence coefficient is positive,while manufacturing,there is no significant impact on industrial convergence inserting into global value chain.The reason may be that China's manufacturing sector in the low-end position in the global value chain,even 1%increase does not change the existing status of international division of labor,coupled with the "low-end locking" of developed countries to make China's lack of motivation of producer services,lead to the low level of integration between the two industries.It is found that there are differences in the degree of influence of different productive service industries on the international division of labor in the manufacturing industry.Circulation services,financial services and commercial services and manufacturing integration has significant effects on the status of international division of labor is positive,the largest in the influence of circulation service,financial service,business service third,information service,science and technology and services to the impact of the international division of labor is not significant.Third:The development of producer services has obvious spatial agglomeration features and low agglomeration degree.According to the estimation results of the threshold regression model,the threshold value of the manufacturing industry upgrading in the national dimension is 0.9648,1.1523 and 1.7407 respectively.On the basis of productive service industry agglomeration level low agglomeration level,medium concentration,high concentration and high concentration levels four interval,such as the current most provinces location entropy low agglomeration of producer services agglomeration level interval.On provincial dimension,there is a regional imbalance of producer them,gradually formed in the process of evolution and development together,common in the service of manufacturing,and promote the manufacturing industry to upgrade.In this process,the outsourcing,integration and agglomeration of producer services are different in the role of manufacturing upgrading,which is mainly reflected in the outsourcing of industrial division of labor and cooperation and the reduction of manufacturing productivity.Integration to achieve inter-industry penetration and increase product added value;Gather and optimize industrial space layout,realize scale economy.
