Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Producing Service Industry Cluster Promoting Manufacturing Transformation And Upgrading

The Chinese economy is moving towards a new stage of high-quality development,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is a key part of it.The producer services industry,as a directly related industry supporting the manufacturing industry,is a new driving force for the transformation and upgrading.In the context of the new industrial revolution,the rapid development of the Internet is integrated into all aspects of production and life.The deep integration of the Internet,artificial intelligence,and physical economy has become an important way for manufacturing companies to develop into high-end value chains.Diffusion and application of information technology can facilitate the contact and communication between regions and enterprises,break through the geographical separation and rigid constraints of resource allocation,enhance the spillover effect of knowledge and technology,promote the gathering of producer services and the development of service-oriented manufacturing,and promote transformation and upgrading of manufacturing Industry.However,some domestic institutional environments have blocked the upgrading of manufacturing transformation.Local governments usually supply land below market prices in attracting investment to attract companies to land and guide industrial agglomeration.On the one hand,the negative distortion of land prices has promoted the extensive development of the low-end manufacturing industry,but has restrained the concentration of producer services,which has hindered the role of producer services in promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.On the other hand,land policy tilted towards productive services will drive manufacturing transformation and upgrading.This article focuses on how the producer service industry influences the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.From the perspective of promotion and inhibition,combined with the current world economic development trends and the economic environment of China,the proliferation of information technology and the negative distortion of land prices are selected.Two factors to study how it affects the convergence of producer services and manufacturing transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes the mechanism of information technology based on the cluster of productive service industries and how the negative distortion of land prices affects the gathering of producer services and then influences the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.It constructs a measure of the integration of measurement information technology into the region of productive service industries.Using the DEA method to measure the changes in total factor productivity of the manufacturing industry as an economic factor in measuring the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,together with social and environmental factors,together constitute an indicator for measuring the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Using the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2016,empirical tests were carried out on the relationship between information technology diffusion,producer service industry agglomeration,and total factor productivity of manufacturing;by constructing a simultaneous equation model,34 large-scale models were used.The panel data of medium-sized cities have conducted empirical research on the mechanism of the distortion of land price,the gathering of producer services and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industrnes.The research results show that the diffusion of information technology can promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.The higher the degree of integration of information technology in the regions of productive service industries,the more they can promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.Land price distortion has a negative impact on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The research results also show that China's land price distortion will hinder the accumulation of productive service industry and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.However,the land price distortion brought by the land policy inclined to the producer service industry will promote the productive service industry's accumulation and promote the manufacturing industry upgradeThe government should speed up the reform of the marketization of land transactions,rationalize the mechanism for the formation of land prices,reduce the distortion of land prices and develop targeted land policies,improve the infrastructure construction in the region,actively guide the clustering of productive services around the manufacturing clusters,and accelerate the construction of network infrastructure.The realization of network interconnection and interoperability,the popularization of computer knowledge,and the promotion of the popularity and application of information technology can promote the clustering of the production service industry.By making tax policy and policy support,companies can increase the total factor productivity of the manufacturing industry and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
