| The fast development of our social economy is changing people’s living standard with a perceptible improvement. As a result, people’s requirement for food now is no only to meet basic needs, but also going towards diversification, sophistication and facilitation. Under this circumstance, our food industry achieved great development since the beginning of this century. However, the recently reported food safety incidents has casted great shadow on some delicious food. The food safety problem has become the common focus problem of the government, food enterprises and mass population.The HACCP system, along with the food safety management system (ISO22000) has proved itself worldwide as an effective and authoritative management measure to control food safety risk, ensure food quality and safety. It’s also of great value to ease the current severe food safety situation in our country. Recent years, with the endeavor of government and enterprise, the implementation of HACCP has gained certain progress in our food industry. However, the overall implementation level of HACCP is not so high, and great disparity exits in the industry, under this situation, how to promote HACCP development in each subdivided industry to increase its coverage is a beneficial discussion to solve our current food safety problem. This essay sets this problem as its study object, strives to search for some effective solution. Generally, the paper is divided into the following parts:The first part includes the first and second chapters. First introducing the background, issue, aim, contents, method, and meaning of the study, as well as the overall structure of the essay, then give definition of the concerning concept of the study, arrange and make comments on relating articles.The second part is chapter three, mainly introducing the development of our food industry and subdivided industry, the implementation process and implementation status of HACCP, through the description, a relatively comprehensive understanding of the implementation status of HACCP in our county will be created.The fourth and fifth chapters make up the third part of the essay. This part proceed with the influencing factor of the implementation level upon our national food industry. First start with theory analysis, then explore industry character and external institutional condition, finally conduct empirical analysis according to the figures of2009from18subbranches of food industry.The fourth part is chapter6, which offers political suggestions to promote the development and upgrade the implementation level of HACCP system, through summarizing the conclusion of the whole paper, in our national food industry. |
