Jiangsu Hailu Industry And Manpower Development Of Industry-based Association

This thesis takes the association between the marine industry and land industry as the point cut. First, the thesis defines the coordination of marine and land industry, and briefly states and discusses various applied theories. Second, it builds grey correlation degree model, and makes an empirical analysis of the current situation, problem and cause of relevance of Jiangsu marine industry and land industry. At last, it makes some suggestions targeted to promote Jiangsu marine industry and land industry.Through the analysis, this thesis argues that the problem of overall development of Jiangsu marine industry and land industry is mainly manifested in:First, the development of the marine industry lags behind in general, resulting in a strong dependence on the land industry but weak feedback, the interaction between the two is in a serious imbalance. Second, the correlation between the high technological content and added value marine industry and land industry is low, which is disadvantageous to long-term overall development of marine industry and land industry. Third, the correlation between marine transportation and land industry is poor, which does not play a huge role in the overall development of marine industry and land industry.On the issues raised above, the author considers it should be solved in the joint efforts of three aspects, to promote the overall development of marine industry and land industry:First, accelerate the development of the marine industry, which is the most fundamental move, because only the marine industry gets better development, will it be able to nurture rand drive the land industry, thus to build a balance interactive relationship. In particular, pay attention to the great role of marine energy industry in nurturing and supporting land industry. Second, combining the actual situation of Jiangsu Province, select the appropriate marine industry as the leading industry and focus on it. Balance relationship between the traditional marine industry and emerging marine industry, when selecting the leading marine industry. The balance of the traditional marine industry and emerging marine industry is balance of the present and the future, the foundation and the height. At this stage, the author prefers to strengthen the development of the traditional marine industry as the leading industry. At last, the coastal cities are full of marine resources, which facilitate the development of the marine industry. These cities are the places where marine industry and land industry joins tightest, and they should provide more favorable conditions of overall development of marine industry and land industry, such as the improvement of transportation network, construction of coastal industrial belt.
