Based on strategic management theory, this paper uses the analysis methods of PEST, SWOT and STAS, to analyze the external environment, industry environment and internal environment one by one of Mingyuan’s old real estate projects. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Mingyuan’s old real estate projects, this paper draws SWOT strategy form, thus puts forward the development strategy of the project. To ensure the smooth implementation of this project, this article puts forward some specific measures to ensure project implementation in the last part.After asking for the consent of many experts and the instructor, the author determines the research objects and research methods based on the job. Through consulting relevant books, documents, research literature at home and abroad, the author goes to investigate Bayannur city, district, county, and the other provinces and cities with more mature real estate development. In the end, the author makes out the old real estate project development strategy of Bayannur, which has certain guiding significance for the implementation of the program.
