With the rapid development of China’s aging process, aging problem is becoming increasingly serious. It is one of the focuses of attention both for Chinese government and for all countries in the world. Under the current market economic and social conditions, it becomes an important subject in front of our government at all various levels how to improve the life quality and deal with the problems of dwelling, medicine and entertainment of the old. Among them, the elderly comprehensive residential construction is an imminent important subject facing an aging population. At present, the elderly comprehensive pension residential communities become the choice of pension for more and more elderly persons, and also the important part and development trends of urban pension system infrastructure projects. Beautiful and fertile Bayannur is located in western Inner Mongolia autonomous region, which lies in northern China. Bayannur is close to the north shore of the Yellow River and the south of Yinshan Mountain, which is a unique advantage to develop comprehensive elderly pension settlements. Furthermore, it is not only an inevitable trend of social development to develop and research the local old real estate business, but also a powerful supplement for the western development strategy.This paper attempts to analyze the old real estate projects of Inner Mongolia Mingyuan Real Estate Company, find its development direction and put forward, feasible measures. Based on strategic management theory, this paper uses the analysis methods of PEST, SWOT and STAS, to analyze the external environment, industry environment and internal environment one by one of Mingyuan’s old real estate projects. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Mingyuan’s old real estate projects, this paper draws SWOT strategy form, thus puts forward the development strategy of the project. To ensure the smooth implementation of this project, this article puts forward some specific measures to ensure project implementation in the last part.After asking for the consent of many experts and the instructor, the author determines the research objects and research methods based on the job. Through consulting relevant books, documents, research literature at home and abroad, the author goes to investigate Bayannur city, district, county, and the other provinces and cities with more mature real estate development. In the end, the author makes out the old real estate project development strategy of Bayannur, which has certain guiding significance for the implementation of the program.
