With the expansionary development of real estate industry in our country and the spread of the global economic crisis, the real estate industry has been a control object. In order to maintain social stability, China’s government started to control the excessive investment in real estate market to prevent the housing price increasing out of control. To achieve the goal, series of policies about financing, land resources and interests were issued by government. And the development environment, competition circumstance, the management model and the marketing strategy of real estate industry will be changed under the effect of these policies. This is a difficult period, especially for the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises. As one of the small real estate company, Guangxi Taixin Real Estate Development Company must seize the opportunity and avoid the negative effect to achieve a better development.This paper has made a detailed research of inside and outside circumstance of Guangxi Taixin Real Estate Development Company. The PEST model is used to analyze the macro environment of real estate industry. And the Porter’s Five Forces Model is chosen to research the competition environment. The SWOT matrix displays the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the company. Combined these analysis results, the paper suggests Guangxi Taixin Real Estate Development Company choose the varieties business strategy. Finally, to implement the strategy successfully, this paper put forward measures including to optimize management structure, to emphasize risk preveion, to strengthen the talent team, to widen financing channel, to perfect the product design, to cultivate the enterprise’s culture and to strengthen the company’s brand effect.
