The Research On The Implementation Mechanism Of Resource-Based Enterprise Social Responsibilities In Inner Mongolia

The economy of inner Mongolia use its abundant natural resources has achieved rapid growth, and the development of resource-based enterprises constitute the main driving force of Inner Mongolia at the present stage of economic growth. Resource-based enterprises has also brought some social and environmental problems at the same time. In this paper, from the perspective of economics,i will use the theory research of interpretation of Inner Mongolia resource-based enterprise social responsibility to explain the problems during its process of implementation, and put forward the realization mechanism from three level, as government, society and enterpriseThe main content of this paper include list as follows. First, the content of the social responsibility of the enterprise are defined based on the particularity of resource-based enterprise in Inner Mongolia, then on that basis i describes the status and existing problems, and probes into the problems in-depth analysis; Secondly, the interests demand of the government, enterprises and herdsman in the corporate social responsibility are analyzed,at the same time, to construct interactive mechanism among the government, enterprises and society and to build the resource implementation mechanism of resource-based enterprise social responsibility in Inner Mongolia, from three aspects:government, society and enterprises.By research,the author holds the idea that to implement the social responsibilities of the resource-based enterprise is a complex project. This need the efforts from enterprise itself,government, social organization, facilitating agency and the public. First, in the process to realize the social responsibilities, the government plays a key role.second, in the respect of promoting the responsibilities of resource-based enterprise. just depend on the power of the government is not enough. It need the attendance of more social public. Third, the realize of the responsibilities of resource-based enterprise is cannot be accomplished in an action. The enterprise should to practice the social responsibilities step by step. In current situation, we cannot just ask the enterprise to bear the respect from the social responsibilities which is beyond their range., this should be treated differently with the scale and capability of the enterprise.
