In the context of an intellectual economy,enterprises are faced with more dynamic,complex and uncertain economic environment.In this context,it is extremely significant for business managers to identify and utilize resources with value to achieve sustainable competitive advantages.Corporate culture originates from the founder's values and business philosophy.With the market competition and the development of enterprise,the corporate culture is constantly self-reinforcing,flexible adaptation and active innovation.At the same time,the managers communicate a signal to their employees through the cultural atmosphere –high quality of knowledge and skills,active attitudes and behaviors that can create value for the enterprise.Therefore,the corporate culture and human resource effectiveness that are influenced by the culture of the enterprise are shared among such backgrounds as the core resources of the enterprise.Based on the angle of resource,through reviewing and carding the literature,we select the corporate culture as independent variable,and which is divided into three categories: the corporate culture with strong strength,the corporate culture with reasonable strategy,flexible and adaptive corporate culture.Based on human capital theory and behavioral science theory,we select human resource effectiveness as the intermediate variable,hypothesize the mechanism among corporate culture,human resources effectiveness and corporate performance,there is a research model to verify our hypothesis.Having collected 191 effective samples through the way of questionnaire survey,the empirical analysis results show that: First,each kind of corporate culture has significant positive effects on corporate performance,but the regression coefficient of the corporate culture with reasonable strategy and with flexibility and adaptation is bigger than one of the corporate culture with strong strength;Second,by analyzing three intermediary effects,on the whole,we conclude that the intermediary effect of human resource effectiveness exists:(1)the human capital as the intermediary variable plays a role of complete intermediary between the strong corporate culture and corporate performance,and the attitude and behavior of employees play a role of partial mediation between the strong corporate culture and corporate performance;(2)human capital plays a role of partial mediation between the rational corporate culture and corporate performance,while employees' attitude and behavior Employees don't have an intermediary;(3)flexible and adaptive corporate culture has a positive impact on corporate performance through human resource effectiveness.The results of this study show that corporate culture and human resource effectiveness influenced by corporate culture have a positive effect on corporate performance,which are the core resource for enterprises to gain sustainable competitive advantage.
