Improving the level of human resource management is the requirement to each enterprises which want to improve its comprehensive competitiveness.Through analysis the human resources management of the company of Fu Yuan Xin Ji, This article used many human resources management theory such as human resource strategy, human resource planning, occupation career management, salary system, performance appraisal system and the method such as key performance appraisal method,360degree performance appraisal method, the work-diary method. And, at the last of the article, it build a new system to the company of Fu Yuan Xin Ji, which includes how to recruitment, how to pay salary, how to assess the performance.
