With the rapid development of China’s economy,the market is more mature and the competition is increasingly fierce.In order to adapt to the market environment and ensure the healthy development of enterprises,many enterprises have carried out institutional reform and strategic adjustment.GM Company in this paper has been transformed from the earliest state-owned production factory into a modern service enterprise.Its corporate form and corporate strategy have been changed for a long time.However,the performance appraisal system of GM Company has been maintaining the status quo,and it has not been adjusted in a timely manner in combination with the company’s reform.Based on the theory of balanced scorecard,this paper studies the performance appraisal system of GM Company by using analytic hierarchy process,literature research method,questionnaire survey method and other methods,with the purpose of designing a performance appraisal system in line with the strategic development goals of GM Company.This paper firstly studies the current situation of GM Company’s performance appraisal system and analyzes the existing problems in GM Company’s performance appraisal system.By reading a large number of theoretical literatures related to performance management and balanced scorecard,the author proposes to introduce the balanced scorecard performance assessment system into GM Company,and analyzes its necessity and feasibility.This paper firstly studies the current situation of GM Company’s performance appraisal system and analyzes the existing problems in GM’s performance appraisal system.In determining the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system design idea,through the analysis of GM Company development strategic target,map out the corporate strategy,from a financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth four dimensions,according to company’s targets and four dimensions of balanced scorecard strategy map selection of evaluation,and USES analytic hierarchy process to the corresponding weights of each indicator setting,finally it is concluded that the GM Company based on the balanced scorecard performance appraisal system.Finally,this paper describes the implementation process of GM BSC performance appraisal system in detail,and puts forward the advantages of BSC performance appraisal system,as well as specific safeguard measures.The writing of this paper provides reference Suggestions for GM Company’s performance appraisal system.It not only strengthens the unity of corporate strategy and employee goals,but also improves the overall management level of the company,improves the comprehensive strength of the enterprise,and promotes the steady development of the company.
