The most fundamental rule for market economy is fair competition, survival of the fittest, and the realization of best arrangement for resources, human resource is the most important and special one. It is the only resource that has creative power and determines all other resource arrangement. Therefore, to reasonably arrange, accurately evaluate and properly encourage human resource and give full play to people's subjective initiative has already become an important subject of today's management study.In order to go out of the condition of rapid development as well as relatively slow management. Zhejiang WeiMing environmentally friendly limited company which dominates in hi-tech industry put forward a strain of thought for development which says to standardize interior governance and carry out the strategy of promoting talented people. Through analyzing the current human resource management condition of the company and in accordance with the weak segment of human resource management with an aim of encouragement, a subject of promoting the loyalty of workers and achievement and performance of a business combined with a modern theory of human resource management, the article brings up constructive suggestions in terms of the arrangement of staff, the concept of employment, achievement of performance management and salary management.
