Research On Problems And Solutions In Foreign Direct Investment

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has brought about capital and technology for the economic development of our country and promote a rapid and stable economic growth in our country.The foreign direct investment we absorbed makes the economy of our country connect closely with all of other country’s economy in the world,which increases our country’s comprehensive national power,upgrades the status of our country in the world economy,increases the influence of our country on the world economy. But, we should not pay no attention to the problems in FDI.According to the survey of the FDI in Jingjiang,this paper tries to provide solutions to some problems in FDI in Jingjiang.These problems include the unideal capital source and investors, unbalanced industrial structure,unsatisfied technology spillover effects,transfer pricing and loss of assets,etc. This paper tries to analyze them and find the causes and provide some suggestions for reference to the execution and perfection of the FDI policy to attract more FDI and use it more effectively.
