I explain The private enterprise of overseas investment, from two aspects of the related literature.(1) study on Chinese enterprises’ foreign direct investment.(2) study on the foreign direct investment of private enterprises. In this part, I collected the literature particularity in private enterprises.(3) the relevant literature about Zhejiang private enterprises foreign direct investment. In the above three points, I summarize the contributions and shortcomings of the literature. In the third chapter, the development characteristics of our private enterprises in Zhejiang’s foreign direct investment has made the induction analysis and statistics. Then, I get the superiority of foreign direct investment of private enterprises in Zhejiang.
