The marketing channel is the focal point in the competition of China mobile market, Mobile Corporation around the market is a focus of the work, the face has begun the telecommunication reorganization and the upcoming business competition and the era of the3Q channel management becomes the priority among priorities. In the physical channel, though the self-built channels through long-term internal management to strengthen and enhance the service, operation level improved quickly, but how to realize from the services to the marketing changes also need to explore. At the same time, because of the structural complexity of social channels, weak control and various historical factors, and since the channel management level differs very big, become the channel the work of important problems needed to be solved urgently. Furthermore, how to play the advantages of electronic channels, reduce the operation cost and channel management challenges.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter simply introduces the background and significance of this topic, research topics, methods and content. The second chapter mainly illustrates this paper studies the theoretical basis, including channel management theory, the SWOT analysis method. The third chapter mainly introduces the Nan Yang mobile channel present situation and the existing problems, including the introduction of the basic situation of Nan Yang mobile, the entire business operation experience of Nan Yang mobile face opportunities and challenges, have Nan Yang mobile channel present situation and the existing problems. The fourth chapter uses SWOT analysis method to analyze Nan yang mobile channels. The fifth chapter focuses on Nan yang mobile business operations in the whole environment of the channel management strategy, including star management system build, own, social construction and management of channels. The sixth chapter of the text is summarized, and pointed out the deficiency and the prospect analysis.
