A Research On The Risk Management Of The Commercial Banks’SMEs Credit-awarding

With China’s opening to the outside world advanced and the rapid development of the market economy, commercial banks which are the traditional development mode which is the basic characteristic of credit expansion can not be adapt to the needs of the current situation, which needs commercial banks to adjust the development strategy, change the old traditional pattern, load a low-consumed, high-operation-capitalized, the new way of development. The adjustment of credit structure, increasing credit-awarding toward small and medium enterprises is a good choice. But the expansion of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) credit market must be accompanied by high credit risk. Therefore, Commercial banks of our country establish a set of effective SMEs credit risk management system to achieve the best balance between income and risk through the introduction and innovation of management mechanism and technology method is very important practical significance.At first, this thesis briefly introduces credit business of commercial banks and main risks. Secondly it introduces the existing conditions of the SMEs credit business of China’s commercial banks, and further analyzes problems of risk management. Then this thesis tests the accuracy and stability of small business credit rating system of commercial banks and illuminates the typical problems. Next it introduces the experiences of risk management of the SMEs credit business of foreign banks. In the end, it puts forward the main countermeasures of credit risk management of SMEs to improve risk management of China’s commercial banks which is in order to provide some policy recommendations.
