Chicken is the second meat compared with the pork, with the production level of people rising ceaselessly, the flesh kind food consumption structure of people is changing constantly, consumer demand for meat from the animal products to the growing proportion of birds product change, in the past, fast large Bai Yu’s fryer product is one of the important part of animal products consumption. However, in recent years, more and more consumers’ tendency to high-quality Huang Yu fryer product is increasing. Shanghai is the most economically developed regions of China, in the traditional consumption habits consumers always prefer Huang Yu fryer. Quality of Huang Yu fryer circulation channel’s construction and management is the quality of Huang Yu fryer critical circulation, which is relation to people’s food needs, improve the quality of life. China’s market is increasingly perfect under the premise of quality, the traditional Huang Yu broiler distribution channels and marketing environment between the contradictions have become increasingly prominent, how to optimize and improve the quality of Huang Yu fryer distribution channels, organization structure in order to make its circulation channels more open, more efficient, make the realization of agricultural products from farmers to the consumers smooth, is our country agricultural product marketing channel research.The author of this article will take the sales channels of Shanghai’s Huang Yu broiler as the research perspective.Firstly, review the previous literature in the circulation of agricultural products of the related research, through to the quality of Huang Yu fryer and traditional agricultural products between the comparative analysis, summarizes the difference; and then to shanghai city high grade Huang Yu broiler consumption status and characteristics are analyzed in this paper, Finally based on the mathematical statistics and graphical comparison method to analysis present Shanghai city high grade Huang Yu fryer in a flow channel on the existing problems, analyze the causes, put forward reasonable suggestions.
