Along with continuous development of the reform and opening up, there have been great changes of the social environment with ever-accelerating trend of economic globalization and increasingly fierce international competition. At the same time, as the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become an extremely important resource. Modern science and technology has developed rapidly, therefore human resources are needed to make innovation towards knowledge and technology, which make the degree of importance and demand towards talents reach a new height. According to the theory of modern management science, the most four important resources for an enterprise are human resources, financial resources, material resources and information resources. Among them, the most important and valuable resource is none other than human resources, while the other three resources can be transformed by human resources. In recent years, tourism industry has a rapid development in China with unprecedented achievements. The largest tourism market of the world is China, with an initial modern tourism industry system, and the scale of the development of tourism has achieved up to the highest level in the world, with change from a power country of tourism resources towards international tourism big country. Beijing, as the capital of China, the development of tourism keeps in front of the whole development in tourism industry of China. As the pace of reform and opening up going rapidly, tourism industry of Beijing has greatly developed. Tourist hotel business, acting as one of the important parts in tourism industry, is facing with a variety of opportunities and challenges. Hotel industry of Beijing is gradually transforming in the process of development, that is, turning from single type to diverse type in formal, from reception type towards efficiency type in nature, and from domestic type to international type in scale. Industry scale and relatively complete industrial system have gradually formed. In various districts and counties of Beijing, well-known hotel brands have developed, which has become an important window for the reform and opening up and economic development for the Capital. But it should be admitted that with the rapid development of tourist hotels, there are still many problems of human resources management in tourism hotel area which should be solved.In this paper, many ways for research have been used such as the literature analysis, the sample survey analysis, relevant personnel interviews, mathematical statistical analysis for present status quo of the tourism hotel human resources in Beijing. On the basic research of a sample survey towards the tourism star hotels in Beijing, analysis of age, gender, education degree, foreign language proficiency, title structure, work experience and other aspects of human resources team from different departments, different levels and positions in the enterprise have been done. On the basis of analysis towards human resources team, it is necessary to have evaluation and measurement towards the whole human resources of Beijing hotel industry. Putting out questions and analyzing the reasons for them in order to improve the tourism hotel industry development awareness, establish a new concept of personnel training, and provide solutions and countermeasures for the further development of management towards Beijing tourism hotel industry.
