Relation formula was established between water vapor content and ground watervapor pressure, calculated the water vapor content of the Tianshan mountains, analysis ofthe temporal and spatial distribution of the water vapor characteristics and the relationshipwith the precipitation. Combined with microwave radiometer observation data, this paperanalyzes the summer rain water vapor in the process of evolution characters, draw thefollowing conclusion:As the social-economic development, China always render the rapid growth of thetourism industry in the last ten or twenty years, at the same time, tourism’s role in thedevelopment of human resources in the tourism industry is growing, and tourism industryis more competitive. As the tourism industry is labor-intensive industry, therefore, fiercecompetition in the final analysis for the competition of tourism personnel, only high quality,quality tourism personnel can make the healthy and sustainable development of the tourismindustry. Tourism culture in colleges and universities of higher tourism talents in studentsmajoring in tourism are important reserve powers, as potential tourism human resources, inthe sustainable and healthy development of the tourism industry plays an important role.Tourism resources in northwestern Xinjiang region is the richest, directly the healthydevelopment of the tourism having an impact on the steady development of the regionaleconomy, and the potential of tourist human resources is an important thrust of tourismdevelopment in the region,only the development of tourism education in Xinjiang,perfecting the system of tourism human resource potential in the area of education, andcultivating high-level talents for tourism, we can maximize the area of Xinjiang touristresources advantages into economic advantages, therefore, strengthening the study on thepotential of tourism supply and demand of human resources in Xinjiang, on thedevelopment of tourism education in Xinjiang and Xinjiang tourism Enterprise means alot.This article through to the Xinjiang tourism human resources potential of supply side--Tourism Institutions of higher learning and the Xinjiang Tourism Institution of HigherLearning--the demand of tourism enterprises in two between the supply and demandanalysis. Through to between tourism enterprises and tourism institutions of higherlearning, the dislocation phenomenon undertaking an analysis, find out the supply anddemand contradiction exists between the two. in cultivating tourism talents in the future fortourism in Xinjiang colleges and universities where improvements are needed in the process of improving policy, tourism enterprises in Xinjiang tourism development strategyin human resources planning, meanwhile, in order to upgrade their employability potentialin Xinjiang tourism human resources put forward feasible suggestions. On the ultimategoal of this research is coordinated or maximum resolution of tourism enterprises inXinjiang tourism colleges and universities and potential contradictions in tourism in thetraining and development of human resources. To speed up Xinjiang to the real tourismhuman resources from potential tourism human resources transformation processes, so asto better provide powerful talent support for the sustainable development of Xinjiang’stourism.
