First of all, expounds the research background, summarizes the related research status at home and abroad, has been clear about the research significance; Secondly, combing the basic theory and method of project social assessment, has been clear about the project social assessment system; Third, analysis the development environment of the hot springs project group in Lindian County from the current situation, advantages, opportunities and challenges; Fourth, builds the hot spring project group of social evaluation index system in Lindian County, and the effect of income distribution, employment benefits, investment and saving natural resources and environmental benefits were evaluated, and the social benefits to the project group was evaluated using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, on this basis, analyzes the main problems of Lindian County hot spring project group development; Finally, put forward the improvement countermeasures of Lindian County hot spring project group of social benefits from the social evaluation, the development plan, resource conservation and protection, correlation degree, brand effect and adaptability etc.. The results show that hot spring project cluster development model in Lindian County is correct, in increasing the income of residents, boosting employment, save natural resources and environmental protection has significant social benefits and economic benefits; and to further promote the social benefits of the hot spring project group, still need to improve in many ways and ascend.
