Adopting the multi-level fuzzy thought model, creative and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of stratified thought index, combining to index layer, to determine the index weight. Finally, using the model of the High-tech project social assessment, verify its practicability, for the High-tech project decision-making and capital operation to provide scientific theoretical basis.
