Trust and Banking industry, the securities industry, the insurance industry and called the four pillars of the modern financial industry. Trust as an effective asset management system, which insists on the nature of the "get your credi, financial management by the people in trust, on behalf of people fulfill well", is widely used in civil, commercial and public area. China’s trust industry in the development process of the past30years has experienced five large-scale consolidation,"new rules" promulgated in2007, the Trust began to return to the main industry, the trust industry has thus entered a wave of high-speed development, scale of trust assets is rising rapidly from about350billion yuan in2006to about4.8trillion yuan at the end of2011. The trust industry is facing unprecedented new opportunities for development.Huachen Trust Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as HuaChen trust), approved by the People’s Bank of China and the People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, established in1990, non-bank financial institutions, business scope involves money market, capital market and industrial investment field, in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region occupies an important position within the financial system.In this paper, the theory of strategic management, financial innovation, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, through the use of PEST analysis method, the macro environment of China Chen Trust, the internal environment is more in-depth analysis. Environment from the macro point of view, China’s political environment is stable, sustained growth of the national economy and the people’s material and cultural living standards continue to improve, the ever-accelerating pace of financial innovation ushered to accelerate the development of good opportunities, Huachen Trust Industry. At the same time, changes in regulatory policy-oriented as well as industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, Huachen Trust also makes the multifaceted challenges facing business transformation and market competition. Huachen Trust’s internal environment, the company’s advantage lies in its deep background of shareholders, sound business management and good market image. The Trust main industry is not strong, the lack of market development, rigid management and other aspects of disadvantage also restricts the development of Huachen Trust. On the basis of the above analysis, I use a SWOT analysis to generalize and summarize the various aspects of corporate internal and external conditions, established by quantitative analysis, Huachen Trust’s overall development strategy, competitive strategy and long-short-and medium-term development strategy. Meanwhile, the proposed implementation of the strategy should be innovative financial products, human resources situation to enhance marketing service system, risk control capabilities, build strategic alliance five concrete expansion.
