With the development of the Chinese economic reform and the opening up, mostcompanies are gradually integrating into the international track, followed by thisphenomenon, new modes of manufacturing, lifestyles are changing our former rulesof the game and thinking patterns more and more. At the same time, this changingalso effect on the normal human resources management. Facing the increasinglyfierce competitive environment, especially the competition of how to retain corporatetalents and motivate talented people has become more important in the field of humanresource management practices. At present, to design fair and reasonable salarysystem is one of the most important and effective means by which companies can notonly reduce labor costs, and can also be driven by the enthusiasm and initiative ofemployees.During the real practices in the company, how to design the salary system is thecorporate investors most concerned about, and also does every enterprise employee.The main purpose of this paper is to make a salary system design which will suitablefor the real company situation and also followed by the optimization processes.According to the theoretical basis and methods of salary management, this paperis going to analyze the actual situation of the enterprises, and address the practicalproblems of the salary management in business management. Apart from small piecesof the description of the salary management concepts, this paper is mainly dependedon the analyses of the salary management problems, solving ideas and methods. Onthe basic analyzing of the salary management of ZhengHe Diagnostic Equipment, Ltd.,especially of the R&D Department, the writer is trying to make a scientific salarymanagement in order to help ZhengHe developing the core competitive abilities.This paper is composed of five chapters. At the beginning, which is theillustration for the basic theories of the Salary Management; and then is to analyze theproblems in Salary Management; the next is the description of the SalaryManagement Designing Methods; finally, is the detailed processes used in the SalaryManagement.
