With economic development, China’s environmental problems are becomingincreasingly prominent, and non-renewable fossil fuels with the continuousexploitation are gradual drying up. Therefore, developing and utilizing new energyfor sustainable development has been a pressing issue for the China’s economycontinual development. The H Company developed an innovative project of biomassenergy in such an environment. This article from the technical economic analysispoint, used of related technologies and related economic theory of quantitative andqualitative research methods to explore the project:First of all, from the market level analyzed of the project facing the macromarket environment and the specific market environment faced by the project, obtained: from the macro market environment point, the project comply with thedirection of environmental policy; from the specific market point, the project hascertain competitive advantage, is able to guarantee a certain profit level and stabilizeof consumer populations. Therefore, from the market point of view, the project isfeasible.Secondly, from the technology point analyzed of the feasibility of the project, drew the conclusion: The biomass burning method studied by Huazhong Universityof Science and used by the project can not only solve of the high cost, low heat value, thermal efficiency of conversion rate and other issues existing in biomassgasification method, but also can solve the environmental problems existing intraditional gasification method. Then, from the finance point, drew the project financial viability by calculatingthe costs, payback period, ROI and other financial indicators. Meanwhile, the articleobtained the conclusion of the lower risk and being able to give investors a stableincome been expected of the project from risk analysis. Finally, had an overall evaluation based on the above factors by AHP and fuzzyevaluation methods, obtained the conclusion: from the whole, the project is feasible.
