Research On The Layout Of Logistics Node In Hegang

With the accelerated process of economic globalization and the greatly increasein international trade, Logistics plays a more and more important role in thedevelopment of regional economy. A reasonable logistics node layout is the key issueto improve the efficiency of logistics, to reduce logistics cost and to realize therational development of logistics industry. Among the layout of regional logisticsnodes, regional economic development and living standards of the citizens haveinevitable connection, the effective logistics node layout improve the city’s regionalposition, optimize the structure of industry and the environment of traffic planning,even to further promote the city’s economic development. Therefore, the layout oflogistics node has become one of the main content of city planning.This thesis will take the logistics node layout of Hegang City as the researchobject. Based on the investigation of the domestic and international logistics nodelayout planning’s current status and the situation of Hegang City’s Social economicdevelopment, comprehensive transportation, logistics infrastructure, we analysis thedevelopment of logistics and existing problems in Hegang City. Through the analysisof Hegang City’s national economy, the development trend of transportation and thelogistics market demand, we use the method of combination of coefficient of elasticity,linear regression, grey prediction and the combination of forecasting method toforecast the logistics demand in Hegang City. According to the predicted results, wepropose the plan about the layout of logistics node. The flow direction, mode oftransport logistics channels will be assigned to each direction, and come to thedifferent direction of logistics nodes’ scale. By using cluster analysis and combinedwith the existing logistics node construction, the primary scheme of logistics nodescan be determined. Then we use the method of AHP and fuzzy evaluation to evaluatethe primary scheme and determine the final logistics node layout planning of HegangCity. The purpose of this thesis is to make full use of domestic and internationallogistics node layout method, combined with the current situation about thedevelopment of social economic and logistics environment of Hegang City, and toprovide theoretical guidance and reference methods with the layout of Hegang cityplanning and construction of logistics nodes.
