Studying A Company’s Purchasing Model Under The Projects’ Integrated Management

This paper mainly from the project management perspective, first analyzes the A company’s procurement and procurement management present situation, looks to reduce overall procurement costs, improve project efficiency, increased in the negotiation with suppliers on the discourse right of advantage, to explore how to better implement the centralized procurement, standardization, scale purchasing strategy. And on this basis, through the analysis and comparison of A company supplies procurement range, for A company to carry out project group procurement management the necessity and feasibility are analyzed. The core of this paper is based on the project cluster management of material purchasing system design as well as to the A project group procurement mode of process quality control research, the two part of the paper is the central content of project, separately from the group purchase mode static system and dynamic system control two angle to realize project group management mode of procurement. In a static system design part by introducing the whole process management of A company, the project for the whole process of decomposition and analysis, based respectively from design, procurement bidding management, supplier management, executive management, entrance returns and other links, establish procurement system, and the project group procurement system information technology development and construction are discussed. In the dynamic control part, based on the PDCA project group procurement mode of process quality control model, supplier dynamic management and quality records, to establish a set of quality control and cost control system, the realization of the procurement system dynamic control.
