Corporate University Research Model Innovation

A corporate university, which was firstly found at abroad, has become an important strategic measure of talents reserve of an enterprise after half a century,however, compared with substantial research and practical achievements of abroad, we have limited studies on a corporate university and its establishment model, and it is still a fresh "exotic". The establishment of autonomous corporate university makes a great contribution to sustainability and core competence enhancement of an enterprise, therefore, studies on autonomous corporate universities at home and abroad are of positive significance to enlighten us to learn from the establishment model of such corporate universities. This paper addresses on this topic and has done a research on establishment model of autonomous corporate universities. By analyzing factors affecting enterprises’ decisions on establishment of autonomous corporate universities, this paper builds a factor-model and provides detailed analysis on specific influence factors base on real cases study. Typically, it makes a research on Haier University, which is regarded as a representative of excellence of domestic autonomous corporate universities; and it also elaborates the inspiration for establishing the autonomous corporate universities in our country by analyzing problems and solutions exist in the process of corporate university establishment. By analyzing the establishment model of autonomous corporate universities, we hope domestic enterprises recognize the importance and undertake proactive steps to adjust human resource, so that they can satisfy the higher demand for staff quality in international market competition and win the fierce battle for talents.
