Corporate University as the upgrading of human resources management, is increasingly becoming integrated strategy for enterprise resource tool. The thesis focuses on the development modes of enterprises universities which includes the following six parts:The first part is the introduction of this study, as well as the purpose and significance of research ideas and research methods, and the difficulty of the study and innovation. The second part is theoretical foundation of the thesis including the strategic management theory, the strategic alliance theory and the human resource management theory. The third section presents five development models of corporate university including the internal development, corporate-corporate cooperation model, corporate-university cooperation model, corporate-consulting cooperation mode, multi-cooperation mode. The fourth part is the execution of the development strategies including development of long-term development plan, effectively adjust the organizational structure, establishment of an appropriate organizational culture, the establishment of outstanding teachers and set up demand-oriented courses. The fifth part puts forward the development strategies and execution of corporate university based on a case study of CE University. The last part is the conclusion of the thesis.
