Reconstruction Of The Old City To Coordinate The Interests Of Research Questions

At present, our country is in the period of rapid urbanization development, urbanization is changing the city’s production and living situation, it brings not only the production of life change,but also the more mixed conflict in interests, which is prominently reflected in urban renewal.While our country is in a critical period of building a harmonious socialist society, the pattern of interests during this period has appeared significant changes than the time before the reform and opening up, which show a diversity of interests, the diversification, complicated relations in interests, public interests expression, etc.Under the background,the interests conflict in urban renewal are coming to be difficultly dealt with,however, if the problem can not be dealt with perfectly,it will bring volatility and instability to society,and what is worse that it will harm the interests and development of the whole society.As a result,researching on interests coordination issues in urban renewal is the need of resolving problems exists at present and the development of society.This paper will combined with the example of urban renewal and the relevant laws of the interest coordination problems in urban renewal analysis and research, and tries to put forward relevant policy Suggestions for the related departments for reference,with Marxist ideals and modern urbanization theory as a guide.In this paper, interest coordination problems in reconstruction of old city will be discussed as three parts. Part I will analyze and define the interests of all stakeholders in the urban renewal and combined with a series of problems existing in the current law and reality to find specific contradictions existing in urban renewal, such as the contradiction between the government and residents on the land expropriation legal issues, the conflicts on compensation issues, residents, the government and developers in the contradiction of construction and protection, etc.After analyzing the contradiction appeared in the process of urban renewal,this paper will combine Wuhan, Zhejiang, Beijing, Chengdu and other places of interest coordination model in the second part of this article, and combine some investigation of data the author has got, for trying to explore current problems of interest coordination in the mode and advantages of urban renewal,to summarize experience and method accordingly.On the basis of the above two points, this article will combine specific problems emerge in coordinate interests of urban renewal, and put forward corresponding solutions, such as promoting the diversification of interest coordination, interest coordination development, improving the interest coordination of law and policy support dynamics, establishing and improving the interest coordination evaluation system,which are the methods to improve the interest coordination level, timely resolve conflicts of interest of urban renewal.
