Contemporary enterprises are increasingly aware of the important of the human resourceand claimed the employees are the most valuable resource for a company.Human resourcehave been become the critical strategic resource that constitute the core competitiveness ofenterprises.How to attract the valuable talent to join the company and how to make theco-development of these outstanding employees and enterprises has become an importanttopic for corporate human resource managers, it is also related to the survival anddevelopment of enterprises,Therefore,the competition for talent is also become an importntaspect between enterprises competition.In this context,the personnel recruitment, one of thesix modules of the human resource is particularly important,.I, as a professional in the field ofhuman resources for over ten years and focuses on the recruitment of employees in corporatestaff, would like to combine the actual operating status and company work facing recruitmentproblems to make the analysis and research.This article regard A company as the object to study.First introduced the background of Acompany and its human resource management status.statistics the recruitment date from2010to2012in A company and find out the new joiner turn over rate reach25%.interviewing thedepartment manager and study the exit questionnairs,identify current recruitment mainproblems in Acompany are:Job analysis is not standardized lead to job positions in notclear.;low job matching; Lack of excavation of the intrinsic quality of the candidates;nointerview preparation and unqualified interviewer.This article use the theory of job analysis,person level match theory and the competencymodel to analysis the recruitment problem in Acompany.Lack of job analysis lead to the jobposition is not clear,Lack of the personality analysis of the candidates and the requirements ofthe job incumbents leads to low job matching and ignoring the competency model also makesit is difficult to excavate the intrinsic qualities of the candidates in the interiew.After the study and analysis,the article put forward five suggestions to solve therecruitment problems in A company,the first is to do a good job analysis,confirm the jobresposibilities and the requirements.second is to use person level match to comparison andanalysis the target candidates and the job matching degree.the third is to create a competencymodel and use it as an important means for candidates interview and selection.the fourth is tochange the concept of existing staff and let them attention to the interview.the fifth is toestablish a professional interviewer team,avoid unqualified person to lead interview. Hope above program and solutions can solve the recruitment problem in A company to acertain extent,or provide some ideas and suggestions for A company to solve the recruitmentproblems.
