In the era of Internet, the new competitive landscape is formed gradually with the rapid development of the enterprises and the multi-dimensional competition among enterprises. When the concept of "People First" became the modern management styles, every company believed that People are the key competence of the success of the company. So the talent acquisition became the key competition among different companies. As a result Human Resources Management became more and more important role in the companies.Recruitment is not only the main component of human resources value system, but also it is the first step of the human resources process. It is said "all things are difficult at its beginning, only if you know the difficulty can you know how to solve it". Recruitment personel are responsible for bring the talents to the enterprise:to attract talent, to identify talent, and to find talent.However many companies don't pay enough attention to the value of recruitment, and take it as one-step only. Thus many recruitment issues happened accordingly, such as the lack of recruiting personnel; the hiring people is not professional; the recruitment channel is not smooth, the recruitment methods are old; the recruitment process is not completed; the focus on operational management but not on recruitment, etc. All these issues lead to the reduction of the competitiveness of the enterprise.This thesis took C mutational advertising company as the research object. The recruitment problems were revealed by the collection and analysis of the historical data; the qualitative and quantitative research (investigation questionnaire and the face-to-face interview). Then through importance evaluation, thorough study, the thesis not only analyzed the reasons to the problem, but also designed the optimized plan to solve those problems.The research object, C mutational advertising company owns two outstanding features: first is that the company is a multinational company. Develops to a multinational company is not only the goal of many companies, but also becomes the key issues of the company management. Especially in human resources area, including but not limited to the recruitment. Second is that the company is in the advertising industry. Advertising company is a typical enterprise with high turnover. In the field of recruitment, the problems caused by the characteristics of the industry is not only in a wide range, but also complex.In conclusion, this thesis aims to make a contribution to the industry that has serious recruitment issues through the analysis and research on the typical issues of the typical industry. At the same time it can be reference to the peers who are at the same industry. There are many literature and thesis talking about the recruitment issue of certain company, however there is little research about recruitment in advertising industry, especially about recruitment in multinational advertising company. So this is the innovation of this thesis.
