Organization’s management is built on the basis of personnel. The talents should be thefirst of creating wealth. Any organization can’t be existed and developed without the staff.Any economy can’t be existed and developed without the talents.The mainland has become the main target of the foreign investment from taiwanesebusinessman since the1990s. At present, the taiwan-funded enterprises have become theimportant part of diversified economy in mainland. However, the rate of employee turnover intaiwan-funded enterprises is constantly rising since2000, the cost of enterprise human capitaland investment is increased by employee turnover, which leads to the decrease of the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. The stop of production line and the human resource crisisare caused by the loss of a large number of enterprise employees. What measures should betaken is to attract,motivate and retain staff, and even win the satisfaction and loyalty ofemployee, and then further promote the development of the company in the future, It is urgentfor the taiwan-funded enterprises to solve management topics. Therefore, it is enormouslysignificant for a modern corporation to study the problem of the loss of employees for thelong-term developmental strategy.This paper carries out the extensive survey and interview on staff compositioncharacteristics and loss status in the HP company(Taiwan-funded enterprises) based on themodel of the modern theory of human resource management,On the basis of the survey data,I analyze the external and internal reason for the loss of the company’s employees, and discussthe various factors influenced on staff turnover and then I give suggestion perfecting thecontrolling measures of staff turnover risk including the perfected pay system, career planningand management, employee communication channels and the enhanced corporate culturesystem, and the staff turnover risk control measures is built through strengthening humanresources information management, creating talent backup, the use of the work team toestablish work-sharing mechanisms;it can prevent and reduce the company’s staff turnover。It can provide some beneficial reference and learning for the human resourcesmanagement in all taiwan-funded enterprises in mainland through the reason andcountermeasures of staff turnover in HP company.
