As globalization process acceleration and the development of our country economy, the competition between enterprises is growing. The competition between the enterprises is the competition of products finally. It is the goal of many enterprises to create and maintain an efficient, innovative R&D team. Keeping the stability of R&D team is one of the important factors to make and keep efficient, innovative R&D team. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study R&D employee turnover.The research object of this paper is Taiwan-funded company D. R&D employee turnover of company D is very serious in recent two years. The paper is trying to find out the key reason of R&D employees leaving and provide suitable countermeasures for company D by analyzing the historical data and exit interview record of those leavers, which mainly covers the relationship between individual character and turnover, the turnover impact on group factor and organization indicator. Based on the above analysis, the paper is try to provide some countermeasures on R&D employees retention for company D such as career development improvement, competitive and fair compensation design, and personnel recruitment.
