With the rapid development of economic globalization , the commercial environment enterprises facing is becoming more and more complicated and the competition of enterprises is becoming more furious than past. Human resource and human capital are becoming two important factors for enterprises'core competence and continuous development. Now, Taiwan-funded enterprises of Zhu-Jiang river triangle zone which depend mainly on labors are facing a very serious problem of employee loss. These employees include intellective employees and manual workers. Employee especially manual workers'loss affected enterprises dramatically, which induced the absence of positions, stopping of machines and paralysis of production lines.According to the human resource management theory and employee losing model proposed by former researchers, this paper investigated the employee loss situation and its reasons in Taiwan-funded enterprises of Zhu-Jiang river triangle zone. On the basis of survey data, the paper analyzed staff component characteristics and loss status of these enterprises,discussed the external and internal reasons of both the intellective staffs and manual workers'loss, and analyzed various of factors influencing staffs'loss. Because these two kind of employees are different in degrees, professional skills ,enterprises position and social status, they have different salary,achievement and opportunities expectation and social motivation which decide their pursuits intensity to salary,career and the development of personal and enterprises,dominate their behavior and be the intrinsic cause of staff loss. On the basis of analyzing staff intrinsic loss motivation , we established two different group employee loss models for Taiwan-funded enterprises and analyzed the factors influencing staff loss from the social environment, enterprises, and Personal level.Finally,the paper put forward a set of strategies keeping enterprise staffs from losing for Taiwan-funded enterprises of Zhu-Jiang river triangle zone. The strategies include improving enterprises external environment,optimizing internal enterprises management,setting up enterprise interests protecting systems and building a learning enterprise.
