Research Of Corporate Operating Performance Enhancing Based Value Management Theory

The competitive environment which corporations are facing with currently has changedunprecedented. How to respond to the rapidly changing international economic situation is theissue which must be taken into consideration by corporations. At present, the world economiccrisis spread to the major countries has brought the world economy in recession. China’seconomy was affected by the world economic crisis significantly, but also encountered neweconomic development opportunities. For the domestic corporations, how to choose their ownsurvival and development way next, how to adjust their own strategies, so as to improvecorporation performance continuously, cope with complexity environment and enhance theircore competitiveness, is a question worthy of serious study.Value-based management has become one of the core concepts in modern enterprisemanagement theory. This paper firstly analyzed the essential characteristics of enterprisevalue management and corporation operating performance promotion, pointed out that thecorporation operating performance promotion based on value management is in a dynamicenvironment, we can use the value chain management approach to improve corporationoperating performance. Meanwhile, we proposed the value-based management framework ofcorporation operating performance promotion. Secondly, we analyzed the value drivers ofcorporation performance enhancing, gave the value-based management approach to enhancecorporation operating performance from a high degree of value-based management design,and the measurement model of shareholder value in discounted cash flow to describe thecapacity of corporate value creation. Finally, we analyzed the variables of corporationoperating performance enhancing, using Chaos economics principles, constructed thevalue-based management model of corporation operating performance enhancing mainly fromthe perspective of financial management efficiency, proposed the management system ofcorporation operating performance enhancing based on value-based management is a complexchaotic system, we can achieve the goal that controlling the chaos by regulating the efficiencyof financial management. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, we combined the instancedata of JY Group who enhance their corporation operating performance by value-basedmanagement, described the process of corporation operating performance which is fromstability to instability, then come to branching and chaotic complexity, to demonstrate thereliability of the conclusions.
