The current scene of worldwide emotional labors will be discussed in this article based on researching models and theories have been provided before. Emotional labors is combined with surface acting and deep acting, fresh effective elements and results variables are chosen for studying on302officer-bearer of Yan Bian, proceed analysis. Discus effects of individual elements (proactive personality, Distance of power and need for achievements) and organizational elements (centralization、 formalization、positive organization support) on emotional labor and EVLN.Analyze proactive and surface acting has positive effect, bigger distance power gap provide more surface acting; positive reaction between demand of achievements and emotional labor; more centralization, more surface acting present in team; formalization and surface acting have mutual effect; positive organization supports and deep acting has outstanding positive effect; In fact, more emotional labors surface acting more effects on exit and neglect; more deep acting has more influence on voice and loyal; there is mutual effect between official behavior and positive influence.
