| With the fast development of Tourism Industry in YanBian Prefecture, there are more and more guides, which shows problems that attract more sand more attention from people in all fields. Guide was considered as an admirable and respectful profession. With the opening of the tourism market and the change of guides’entry system, it has been quite different from the profession under the halo. Because there are fewer guides who have the basic salary which is less and less. And the professional level of the guides is also different from each other, which has continuously been focus of the tourists and related medias and the blamed objects. The reason why such situation appears can not be separated from the daily circumstance in which the guides live. First, they have to face the severe competition among the travel agencies. Second, they will encounter the tourists different salary structure, which makes the condition of YanBian guides be not optimistic. Tourism, as a intricate complex:is the transition from the culture capital to economic capital from the perspective of travel agencies; is the change of life style and taste from the perspective of tourists; is the ferment place for the spreading of the unspoken rules from the perspective of medias; is the opportunity to realize self-value from the perspective of guides. Through these types of relations to think of the problems, it’s easy to imagine that the guides in reality survive in multiple games.This article looks into the working conditions of the guides and social phenomenon in management, takes the guides in YanBian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the research objects. It describes and analyzes the living conditions like economy, gender, policy, health, marriage and family, and social security and other aspects from theperspective of anthropology of tourism to illustrate the characters of living conditions and specialty for existing of guides in YanBian Prefecture, and to give suggestions for improving the guides’living conditions. To explore new questions, propose new methods and theories, furthermore to find out the good way to resolve the living conditions of guides, is for the truly healthy and continuous development of tourism. |
