| ABSTRACT:Tour guides are the first-line staff in the tourism industry, and they are the core of the tourism service work. Usually, tour guides'service quality is critical to the tourism service quality. However, from the view point of recent news reports and complaints from tourists, tour guides issue again became the focus of social concern and a highlight problem of tourists complaints, it seriously affected the healthy development of China's tourism industry. In another side, tour guide did not get due return of own labor value, thus, tour guides transformed into shopping guides. In fact, we can conclude that this phenomenon was stemming from our current tour guides'salary system.On the basis of consulting literature, through questionnaire, interview, investigation and the experience to be a tour guide, firstly, the writer made empirical analysis to status of tour guides'salary, and analyzed the problems and the formation causes of tour guides' salary system comprehensively and systematically through applying related theories, this is the first innovation of this article. Then further got the idea of reform about tour guides'salary system. Secondly, this dissertation created a reform model of tour guides'salary system which constituted of direct economic salary, indirect economic salary, and non-economic remuneration, further stated a protection mechanism of reform model of tour guides'salary system. This part is the most important innovation of this paper.The above model proposed by the writer from tour guides' perspective was practical and focused. In theory, this article broke previous part research of some domestic scholars on tour guides'salary system and put forward to a solution scheme. In practice, it was a multi-benefit solution program, in one side, tour guides would concentrate on how to improve service quality rather than tourism shopping, in another side, other stakeholders would get corresponding benefits. |
