Nowadays, the world tends to the post-industrial society based on the global information technology. In the fierce international competition, Human Resource has become a key factor in the development of social economy, while Human Resource Market, as an important part of the entire market system, plays a fundamental role in human resource allocation. With the development of our socialist market economy system, Human Resource Market is more and more important, especially in Yanbian. Owning to relative lack of the intellectual, it is necessary to improve the Human Resource Market development to meet the needs of social and economic development.Using SWOT analysis, the thesis aims at discovering the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenge of Yanbian Human Resource Market development. In order to have access to actual data on this topic, it is based on the related theories of Human Resource Management and Human Capital, besides, it complies with the clue of questioning, analyzing and solving under the circumstance of Human Resource Market in Yanbian Prefecture. From the point of advantage, it is mainly embodied in’Golden Triangle’ regional advantage of the northeast Asia, worship culture education advantage, three big states and the development of Changjitu policy advantage. In terms of disadvantages, it mainly displays some points as follows:the management system is of duality, the employees are in low level of knowledge, the market functions not very well, the consciousness of competition is superficial, market regulation lacks, it appears serious brain drain and difficult to introduce talents. As for opportunities, it shows at many aspects, the development of Tumen river region and the good start of bringing the intellectual project. Refer to challenges, the coastal economically developed areas attract the Yanbian "bilingual" intellectual, and potential competition is gradually increasing in Human Resource Market.
