In today’s society, competition is both a competition of information and the talentcompetition. Human resource plays a more important role. As Enterprise leader, they areimportant to the enterprise operation and management. Therefore, leaders theory hasalways been the hot spot of the academic research. And as the direct creator of enterprisevalue, the employee is the body of the enterprise human resources. The employee’s workperformance determines the enterprise’s profits, so how to improve employees’ workperformance has been the focus of attention. Based on this, the author chosetransformational leadership, employee trust, and employee performance as the researchobjects, and studied the mechanism of action of transformational leadership on employeeperformance.This paper has summed up the concept of relevant variables and dimension ofresearch in the past through theoretical summary. On the basis of previous studies, it putforward three theoretical assumptions and built a theoretical research model in this paper.At the same time,200employees were investigated through the way of questionnaireand do the empirical research. Survey scale were used on the basis of the development ofrelated domestic and foreign scholars maturity scale, so as to ensure the reliability andvalidity of the questionnaire.In the empirical study, this paper uses SPSS17.0software. By a variety of methods, itverifies this theory hypothesis of this paper. First, the simple descriptive analysis hasbeen carried on the sample data. In addition, the questionnaire reliability and validityanalysis has guaranteed the quality to make the empirical analysis of the data used morepersuasive. Correlation analysis is about a simple analysis of the relationship between thevariables, providing the support for the further study of this article. The core part ofempirical study is to test employees trust in the mediation role of relationship betweentransformational leadership and employee performance. In the staff trust of theintermediary role, the mediation role of employees trust has been verified in therelationship between transformational leadership and employee performance mainlythrough correlation and regression equation.
